Do your models come assembled?
Yes—every diecast 4WD model arrives fully assembled and ready for display or play. With the exception of the Assembly Line dirtbikes, that you can build yourself.

Are the models suitable for kids?
Absolutely. Our models are built for durability and fun. Some items may contain small parts, so we recommend them for ages 3+ due to CHOKING HAZARDS. MK4WD take no responsibility for any harm caused by the sale of these products.

What scale are your diecast 4WDs?
We stock popular scales including 1:64, 1:43, and 1:24. Each product title page lists the exact scale.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed quickly, and most arrive within 10 business days depending on your location.

Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes—items can be returned within 30 days in their original condition. Just reach out to our support team via the contact page.

Packaging
Most products come unboxed, unless otherwise specified.

Do you restock sold-out models?
Often, yes. Join our email list to be notified when popular models return.

What materials are the models made from?
Most models feature a diecast metal body with plastic detailing for accuracy and strength.

We stock a range of remote control 4WD's that are mostly plastic based.

Do you ship internationally?
At this stage, we ship to Australia only.

How do I care for or clean my diecast models?
Use a soft microfiber cloth for regular dusting. Mild soap and water on a cloth works for deeper cleaning—avoid harsh chemicals.

Can I cancel my order after purchasing?
Yes—if your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can help you cancel or make changes.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options shown at checkout.

What if my model arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately. We’ll organise a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
